Job Title: IT Business Support Associate
Location: 2323 Bryan Street, Dallas TX 75201 (Hybrid)
Duration: 3+ months

Description:

Position Summary: Client is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support for business system, application and hardware requests. This role ensures that requests are being triaged in an accurate and timely manner, understanding the nature of the requests and their overall impact on enterprise architecuture.

Key Responsibilities: You'll report into the Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture Systems, working cloesly to provide insights and feedback on requests and their potential business impact. You'll work with a cross-functional team to support review requests and Q&A, being asked to set meeting when necessary. You may be asked to help with high level system and data architectural diagrams when necesary. You'll also be asked to help in additional areas as needed.

Qualifications : Knowledge of enterprise applications and IT support processes. Strong technical knowlege and analytical skills. Effective communication and team orientation. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Visio and Smartsheet a plus.
