Responsibilities Provide preventive dental hygiene care and patient education to maintain and improve oral health. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care and support clinical autonomy. Participate in the hygiene mentor program and ongoing educational offerings to enhance clinical skills. Engage with patients to deliver personalized care and lifetime patient advocacy. Location: 12275 University Dr. Ste 250, Frisco, TX 75035. Collaborative team focused on communication and community. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Experience New grads are encouraged to apply. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care. Clinical needs as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
