Regal Heights Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Social Worker to support residents’ daily living and psychosocial well-being. You will assess needs, plan admissions, and coordinate discharge to home or other facilities, coordinating with families and the care team. Strong communication and empathy are essential; internship accepted, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
