What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care for adult and geriatric patient populations in a stepdown setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and education
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient response
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system
• Participate in patient and family teaching to ensure understanding of care plans
• Uphold hospital standards and policies for professional nursing practice

What You Need

• Valid New Hampshire RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a stepdown, med-surg, or similar unit
• Ability to work night shifts reliably

• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Additional certifications in critical care or telemetry

About the Assignment Join a respected healthcare team delivering high-quality adult and geriatric patient care.
