We work directly with homeowners and their insurance carriers to restore properties impacted by weather events, delivering solutions that build long-term relationships. As we continue to grow, our Recruiting Team plays a critical role in building the workforce that drives our success. We are focused on bringing in high-quality talent and creating a strong, consistent hiring process across all markets. We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This individual will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, build strong pipelines, and help create a positive, high-quality candidate experience. Pay Range: $50K - $65K annual salary + Uncapped Bonuses!
