You will work with client stakeholders and project teams to configure solutions, document requirements, support testing, and help deliver talent technology solutions aligned to business needs.Recruiting for this role ends on 09/30/2026.Work you'll doAs a Dayforce Consultant on the Human Capital team, you will be responsible for…Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancement efforts by gathering business requirements and assisting with system configuration.Analyze talent processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning, to support solution design and process improvement.Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and support materials to enable successful deployment and ongoing operations.Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and support issue resolution with project team members and client stakeholders.Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning, status tracking, and deliverable management.A successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe teamDeloitte’s Human Capital practice helps organizations transform the way they manage their workforce, payroll, and HR operations. Team members work in collaborative environments with opportunities for learning, certification, and delivery across complex client organizations.QualificationsRequired:3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules or similar talent management solutions3+ years of experience with talent processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, or learningExperience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentationExperience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management system functionalityExperience working with human resources compliance or data privacy requirements in talent technology environmentsAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Experience supporting full life cycle talent management technology implementationsDayforce or Ceridian certificationExperience with other human capital management or talent management systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or iCIMSExperience working in a consulting or professional services environmentThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
