This is a per diem 1099 position!**Qualifications/Education Required:*** At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients* Therapist license and registration* BLS from American Heart Association* Physical and QuantiFERON within one year* MMR Titers within 5 years* Malpractice Insurance* NPI #* Worker's Comp certification**Responsibilities:*** Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living* Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition* Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition* Must be able to lift 50lbs* Must be able to stand/work for extended periods* Additional responsibilities as required**Pay per visit:*** $75 for 30 min* $85 for 45 min* $100 for 1 hour***Equal Opportunity Employer:** Always Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
