Sign-on bonus up to $2,500 Job Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Document patient observations, progress, and treatments in medical records Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities Qualifications: Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska Previous experience working in a long-term care setting preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality care Flexibility to work every 3rd weekend About Us: Wisner Care Center is a leading long-term care facility in Wisner, Nebraska.
