Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through initial consultations and ongoing sessions.

• Create personalized treatment plans that address client-specific issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or eating disorders.

• Engage with clients regularly, providing therapeutic tools and strategies that empower them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and culturally responsive approaches.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and client communications using established electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population representing various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. This role requires you to adapt your approach to resonate with individuals experiencing a range of issues, from mild anxiety to severe mood disorders and substance dependence. Cultivating a strong therapeutic rapport is essential, as it builds trust and encourages openness from clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in delivering therapy using culturally responsive and inclusive methodologies.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
