About The Role As Community Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of a thriving apartment community while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll oversee leasing, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and property operations while creating a welcoming environment where both residents and employees can thrive. No two days are the same—and that's exactly how you like it. What You'll Do Drive Leasing Success Lead leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy. Deliver an outstanding experience for every prospect from first contact through move‑in. Coach the team on closing techniques, follow‑up, and relationship building. Monitor leasing traffic, conversions, renewals, and resident retention. Lead with Positivity Create a fun, encouraging, and accountable workplace culture. Coach team members to achieve leasing, customer service, and operational goals. Celebrate wins and motivate your team through challenges. Deliver an Exceptional Resident Experience Build genuine relationships with residents. Resolve concerns professionally and with empathy. Create a community where residents feel valued and heard. Support resident events and community engagement initiatives. Keep Operations Running Smoothly Oversee daily office operations and administrative responsibilities. Monitor budgets, delinquency, and property performance. Approve invoices and maintain accurate records. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure excellent curb appeal and community standards. Partner with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders and apartment turns. Ensure Compliance Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies. Maintain accurate resident files and documentation. Ensure all leasing and operational processes are completed accurately and on time. What Makes Someone Successful Here?
