We are seeking a passionate and service-focused Captain Assistant to support our Front of House team and help deliver seamless, luxury dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to members and guests.
Assist Captains with service execution and guest requests.
Support accurate food and beverage order entry and delivery.
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, dietary restrictions, and allergens.
Ensure smooth service flow and uphold company standards.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
Follow all health, safety, and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or private club.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
TIPS and NYC DOH certifications preferred.
