Junction 35 is seeking enthusiastic and personable servers to join our team! As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while showcasing our delicious Southern dishes and premium spirits. Your ability to create a warm and inviting dining experience will play a key role in making Junction 35 the preferred destination for locals and tourists alike. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and engaging demeanor. Present menus and provide recommendations based on our offerings, including our signature smoked meats and craft cocktails. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guests' dining experiences and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards throughout the service. Qualifications Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a TABC permit for serving alcohol. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Benefits Competitive pay plus tips.
