Description

• Conduct patient evaluations in either inpatient or outpatient settings to develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional improvement
• Engage with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation team members to enhance patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise programs
• Maintain records of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress per facility and regulatory standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure cohesive care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree granted by an accredited institution

Certifications
