Pharmacy Manager

Role: Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading pharmacy operations, patient care, and community outreach activities. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions and administering immunizations in compliance with regulations. Oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandise presentation. Ensure excellent customer service by guiding staff and resolving customer needs. Lead community outreach programs and promote community engagement. Maintain compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards through report analysis and safety reviews. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license. Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program. Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers. Strong data analysis skills to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Ability to manage staff and oversee daily operations.
