You'll bring structure and momentum to our highest-priority strategic initiatives and ensure teams are aligned and executing.LocationOur company headquarters are in Austin, TX, but our employees work remotely across the US. For folks who live around Austin, we offer the option to join us in our office or opt for a hybrid setup. Whether you prefer the structure of an office, the convenience of remote work, or a mix of both, we support what works best for you!Please note: at this time we are not able to hire in Massachusetts.What You'll DoLead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiativesBuild program frameworks including roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and decision logsPartner with executive sponsors and functional leads to align priorities and remove blockersCommunicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levelsDrive accountability across teams and escalate when needed to keep initiatives on trackIdentify process improvement opportunities and lead efforts to build better ways of workingWhat We're Looking For6+ years of program or project management experience in a technology companyProven ability to manage complex, ambiguous cross-functional initiativesExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similarPMP or similar certification a plus; strong ownership mindset requiredWhy Work Here?When we say “All Stripes Welcome,” we mean it.
