The target pay range for this position is $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr. What You’ll Do Receives and processes requests for daily paid-in-full loans. Orders collateral files or other documents as necessary. Obtains Deed of Trust or Mortgage Recording information. Obtains Assignments if needed. Works closely with outsource vendor to complete requests within timelines. Reviews original collateral documents. Resolves exceptions as reported daily by vendor. Prepares releases for filing with the county agency. Assists customer service with lien release related inquiries. Reconciles pay offs as determined by company for various states. Audits vesting of legal entities for accuracy. Provides vendor and tracking reports to management. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need High School diploma or equivalent work experience. Two (2) or more years’ experience in the mortgage industry. Knowledge in preparing service releases and auditing mortgage notes and documents. Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
