This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care within a collaborative health system committed to improving the health of our communities. Responsibilities Provide full-scope primary care across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform preventive care and health screenings Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients on wellness and disease management Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Board Certified (FNP or ANP) Active or eligible for Maine NP licensure DEA certification (or eligible) Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills Pay Transparency Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $125,000 to $144,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
