Our clients achieve the results that matter most to them with just two 20-minute workouts per week in a clean, safe, and private environment. Our studio offers a casual, fun environment using top-of-the-line proprietary training equipment. Each Fitness Coach works with one person at a time, or a small group of 2-4 people, guiding and motivating them as well as keeping sharp eyes for form, challenges, and safety. The equipment keeps track of our clients’ progress over time so that you can work with them to achieve the results they're looking for. A little about you Fitness experience is a plus, but you will receive full paid training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, enjoys one‑on‑one conversations and relationships, and is passionate about good health. Other characteristics include being energetic, personable, empathetic, positive, strong verbal communicator, love helping people, and have a genuine interest in health and fitness. Qualifications Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins! Good Communication Skills: You must be comfortable conversing in‑person and on the phone, know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions to our clients. People Skills and Personality: You must LOVE working with people!
