Receptionist/Fulfillment Specialist - FT or PT

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• - Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• - Maintain organized and clean reception and common areas, ensuring they reflect our company standards.
• - Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies.
• - Provide basic information to clients and visitors about our company, products, and services.
• - Ensure a secure environment by monitoring visitors' logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
• - Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• - Collaborate with team members to manage warehouse inventory and maintain stock levels.
• - Perform quality checks on all outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
• - Assist in the organization and maintenance of the fulfillment area to ensure it is clean and efficient.
• - Address any order discrepancies or issues promptly and effectively.
• - Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements and streamline processes.
• - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• - Support in organizing company events and meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Customer service oriented with a professional appearance.
