Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full-Time | Part-Time | All Shifts Available New Grads Welcome We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support residents’ daily clinical needs. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality care, safety, and dignity for our residents while working closely with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly. Accurately document care, treatments, and observations. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Supervise and support CNAs/GNAs to ensure quality resident care. Follow infection control practices, safety standards, and facility policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members. Qualifications Current, active LPN license in the state. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. Strong communication and documentation skills. Compassionate, organized, and dependable. Commitment to resident rights, safety, and quality care. Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods. Lifting, repositioning, and assisting residents as needed. Bending, stooping, and reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
