Assurance Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Manage engagements from planning through completion while ensuring quality and efficiency
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
• Prepare and review financial statements and related deliverables
• Provide guidance on accounting matters, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Mentor, coach, and develop senior and staff accountants
• Partner with leadership on engagement strategy, workflow management, and client service initiatives
• Contribute to practice growth through process improvements, client development, and team leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA license
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with progressive responsibility in assurance services
• Experience leading audits, reviews, and compilations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and assurance standards
• Experience working with privately held businesses and/or nonprofit organizations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to balance multiple priorities
• Self-motivated professional who enjoys mentoring others and driving results
