Qualifications:

• Active RN license (State of Ohio) – Required
• 1–3 years of RN experience – Preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and clinical skills
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and holistic patient care in alignment with hospital policies
• Assess, plan, and evaluate care based on patient needs and clinical indicators
• Administer treatments, medications, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Support patients and families through education and empathetic communication
• Maintain accurate records, uphold regulatory standards, and participate in continuous improvement
