Schedule: 36 Hours per week | 6a - 6:30p | Three shifts per week | Every 3rd weekend and yearly holiday rotation | No scheduling mandation
Shift Premium: Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm - Sun 10:59 pm) $ 0.50

The Medical Assistant (Direct Care Supervisor) is a hands-on leader who plays an essential role in supporting our RCA's and Med Tech's.
This position combines strong leadership with medical assistant experience to supervise and train our staff, support residents' daily needs, and promote a safe, respectful, and engaging community. With a genuine passion for working with the senior population, the Direct Care Supervisor ensures that our staff and residents are supported.
