Job Description
Electrophysiology Technician

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts are from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM, and approximately 10 days of call per month (nights and weekends).

Job Description

The Electrophysiology Technician is responsible for assisting in the performance of electrophysiologic studies and the maintenance of medical equipment. This role requires expertise in conducting procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. EP experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrophysiology studies and assist in catheter ablations.
• Maintain equipment and ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Monitor patients throughout the procedure and report any changes in condition.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• RCIS credential preferred.
• Electrophysiology experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to complete all onboarding health requirements, including immunizations and health screenings.
