Our Energy and Infrastructure team specializes in delivering complex, turnkey projects nationwide across markets including power, water and wastewater treatment, renewable energy, and other infrastructure-intensive sectors. Quality Managers at ARCO play a key role in supporting project teams from preconstruction through turnover, helping ensure work is executed right the first time, documentation is maintained, and quality expectations are upheld in the field and across project partners. Each Quality Manager has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on project performance, client satisfaction, and the long-term success of our work.A Day in the Life:Develop and implement QA/QC plans for assigned projectsProject types include Controlled Environments Agriculture, Waste-to-Value, Manufacturing, Power Generation and Storage, and Water and Wastewater TreatmentConduct site inspections and verify compliance with specifications and codesCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors on quality standards across multiple projectsManage documentation of inspections, testing, and corrective actionsLead quality-related meetings and provide updates to stakeholdersEnsure adherence to safety and regulatory requirementsIdentify and resolve quality issues proactivelyAssist in training project teams on QA/QC best practicesAct as the bridge between design and construction teams; coordinate system design and installation with clients, subcontractors, and equipment vendors in a way that ensures the seamless turnover of a controlled environment projectServe as the technical engineering resource for the project teamEffectively convey information to onsite superintendents and subcontractors using employee's knowledge of the project's systemsNecessary Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Structural Engineering preferred or 4 years of Technical education, or equivalent field experience in QAQC or Commissioning5–10 years of experience in QA/QC within Industrial or Water Treatment constructionAbility to travel to project sites approximately 25% of the timeStrong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and inspection processesPrior experience with Cast-in-Place Concrete system is requiredExperience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems requiredProficiency with construction/commissioning software such as Procore and CxAlloy a plusCertifications such as CQM, ASQ, CxA, or PMP a plusFamiliar with construction practices and principlesHighly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to successfully work on ownExcellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with different types of individualsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWhat We Can Offer You:We are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work.
