Job Description Warehouse Shipper – Swing Shift Location: Tualatin, OR Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM start Pay: $22/hour + $2/hour swing shift differential. Hands‑On Work | Fast‑Paced Team | Stable Career Path What You’ll Do Gather and stage products accurately based on delivery routes. Verify order accuracy and ensure loads are complete and in the correct sequence. Secure products for transport to prevent damage. Work as part of a coordinated, high‑energy team to keep operations moving. Stock and organize warehouse inventory for efficient loading. Track down missing items and resolve discrepancies. Follow all safety procedures and support our Injury Prevention Program. Model Milgard’s values through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. What We’re Looking For Experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, or similar environment. Familiarity with glass handling or window/door products is a plus. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted. Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills. Reliable, hardworking, and committed to team success.
