Senior Tax Analyst - Global Tax, R&D Credits

Ultra Clean Technology in Hayward, CA is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join our on-site finance team. You will support US tax operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to tax reporting with a focus on ASC 740, transfer pricing, and R&D credits. The ideal candidate has a BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of multinational tax experience, and hands-on experience with SAP, Longview Tax, and tax provisions tools.
