Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily administrative operations of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Monitor facility entry and visitor sign-in procedures
• Provide general information and assistance to guests and residents
• Assist with clerical tasks including filing, copying, data entry, and document distribution
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and department leaders
• Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Support administrative and office functions as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus
• Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
