Are you a friendly, dependable professional who enjoys connecting with seniors and helping them stay active and engaged? Terra Bluffs is looking for a Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our residents. What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)

Be the Friendly Face Behind the Wheel:

• Transport residents to medical appointments, community outings, shopping trips, and other scheduled events.

• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle safely and with kindness.

• Maintain an upbeat, caring attitude that turns every ride into a positive experience.

Ensure Safety Comes First:

• Perform regular inspections of the community vehicle(s) and report maintenance needs promptly.

• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and community policies.

• Maintain accurate travel logs and resident transport schedules.

Support the Community Experience:

• Work closely with the life enrichment team to coordinate outing logistics and provide feedback from residents.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, family members, and team members.

• Serve as an ambassador for the community while out and about.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Clean Driving Record)

Licensure & Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) may be required depending on vehicle type.

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous driving experience (especially with seniors or in a healthcare setting) preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
