Job Description & Requirements HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Alexandria, Louisiana. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel BLS certification from AHA required ACLS certification from AHA required PALS certification from AHA required CPI Blue Card required TNCC required RN License in state of employment or compact Weekend Requirement Every other weekend On Call Requirement No call Floating Requirement / Locations No floating Nurse / Patient Ratio 4:1 Very high acuity unit. Contractors will see a heavy load of strokes, cardiovascular, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health and sepsis cases. They will also see some trauma but this is not trauma designated unit.
