The role: As an Operational Excellence SWAT Specialist, you will help drive our goals by: Identifying andprioritisinghigh-value improvement opportunities that significantly enhance P&L performance and cash generation Leading targeted operational excellenceprogrammesfrom diagnosis through to implementation and results delivery Conducting detailed analysis to uncover root causes and translate insights into clear, actionable improvement plans Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver measurable outcomes Driving disciplined execution of initiatives, ensuring accountability and sustainable performance improvements Monitoringand validatingfinancial impactin collaboration with Finance to ensure real, trackable value delivery Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: Proven experience delivering operational excellence,transformationor consulting initiatives in complex environments Strong financial acumen with the ability to link operational actions to P&L and cash outcomes Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to drive decisions Demonstratedability to lead cross-functionalprogrammesand influence senior stakeholders Strong programme and project management skills, with a focus on execution and results Ability to adapt quickly andoperateeffectively in high-impact, ambiguous situations Even if you only match some of the skills,we’dlove to hear from you to discuss further!
