Job Title: Clinic Manager Location: Staples, MN Job Classification: Dual Role – Clinic Manager & Practicing Therapist/Therapist Assistant Schedule: This position is performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Therapist or Therapist Assistant at the Staples clinic. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the operational success of all service lines under the Lakewood therapy contract. Provide direct leadership and support to clinical teams. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations. Collaborate with internal departments to maintain high-quality patient care.
