These programs are delivered by a nationwide team of experienced consultants who work closely with advisors to understand the firm’s challenges and areas of opportunity and then map a path forward.As a key contributor of the Schwab Advisor Services BCE organization, the Senior Manager, AS ProDirect Growth Consulting, is responsible for creating highly action-oriented consulting programs tailored for member firms while optimizing, enhancing, and maintaining existing ones. The role centers on building program frameworks and high-impact resources that bring them to life, including scalable tools, guides, worksheets, exercises and more. Together with our team of Growth Consultants, these programs and resources help propel member firms to new levels of growth and success on their path to becoming top performing firms.BCE team members thrive on building connections, engaging with advisors, and delivering innovative solutions within a collaborative setting. What you haveRequired qualifications:The ability to translate complex and varied inputs including market data, client and executive insights, and broad industry research into compelling stories and actionable programs of the highest quality.Very strong content creation, writing, and communication skillsThe ability to research, synthesize data, develop recommendations, influence partners, and report on status.A ‘can-do’, results-oriented approach to business.A high degree of detail orientation and project management skills. A bias for action and the ability to overcome obstacles and successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to understand audience needs and create high-impact action-oriented content and resources based on those needs.
