We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our client's elite crew. They are a

nationally respected creative and branding agency specializing in direct-to-consumer

As an Account Manager, you will be part of and support a tight-knit

team of strategists, project managers, research/data analysts, copywriters, and

designers. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of their client partnerships, driving

Responsibilities:

• Client Whisperer: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with their clients, anticipating their needs and delivering solutions.
• Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with their talented account, creative and production teams to bring work to life, ensuring that every idea is executed seamlessly.
• Project Management: Play a pivotal role in serving clients' needs by overseeing project execution, ensuring timelines are met, and facilitating seamless and effective communication within the agency.
• Timelines : Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks are identified and deadlines are met.
• Strategy : Bring your strategic thinking to the table, providing clients with insights and recommendations that meet their goals and grow their businesses.
• Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, bringing fresh and exciting ideas to the table that keep our agency ahead of the curve.
• Organization : Apply exceptional organization and time management skills to oversee projects and to keep them running smoothly and on deadline.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of experience in account management with an advertising or marketing agency
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
• Prefer experience in direct response, both digital (website, email, mobile, SEO and social) and print (direct mail, catalog and space ad)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to travel around the country to client meetings and events
• Energetic, friendly and resourceful personality with a positive attitude and passion for learning
