Healthcare Professional – Rehabilitation

Schedule: Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Days: Monday to Friday Weekend rotation

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0

Requirements: Valid nursing license Relevant certifications for rehabilitation care Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. Assist in the assessment and development of individual care plans. Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on care processes and recovery plans. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Compliance / Notes: Must pass background checks and drug screening. Orientation to facility policies and procedures is required.
