We are seeking professional and driven individuals to join our busy, multi-specialty Dental Office as a Junior Receptionist. This position offers the potential to become full-time for the right candidate!
Requirements:***Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and translating)***
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
Experienced with computers and knowledgeable about office operations
Reliable, punctual, well-spoken, and professional Responsibilities:
Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls (multiple lines)
Engaging with patients over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
Registering incoming patients and managing front desk responsibilities
