Responsibilities

Service and retain an existing client base through proactive outreach, scheduled reviews, and follow-up support.

Train and develop incoming team members on our established workflows, sales techniques, and administrative systems.

Record and report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring accurate notes and pipeline updates.

Manage client relationships with a focus on growth, renewal, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Lead training sessions and contribute to leadership development initiatives to raise team capability.

Exhibit excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in all administrative tasks.

Prioritize tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities to team members when appropriate.

Represent the company by actively engaging in community activities, local chambers of commerce, and employer events.
