We're open to candidates from administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other service-focused backgrounds who are comfortable using Microsoft Office and enjoy solving problems. LocationLaurel, MD (100% Onsite) ScheduleMonday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Compensation$18/hour during training increasing to $20 hourly upon completion of training What You'll Do Monitor and manage a shared team email inbox Respond to customer inquiries regarding:Order statusShipment trackingInventory availabilityProduct and color optionsReturn customer phone calls and voicemails Support two Sales Representatives with administrative tasks Track and follow up on open customer requests Maintain accurate records and customer information Assist with data entry and reporting in Microsoft Excel Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency Proactively assist the sales team during slower periods by taking ownership of additional tasks What We're Looking For Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Professional and friendly phone presence Excellent attention to detail Dependable with strong follow-through Positive, upbeat personality and team-oriented attitude Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel Ability to work independently and take initiative All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
