Your responsibilities will include:Developing and following individualized care plansAdministering medications and performing wound careMonitoring patients' conditions and updating care teamsEducating patients and families on managing conditionsOffering emotional support and ensuring comfortOur goal is to provide compassionate care that enhances the overall health and well-being of our patients.Schedule: Every Monday, Friday and Saturday from 10a - 8pQualifications:Associate's Degree in NursingCurrent BLS certificationAt least one year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)Experience with G-Tube careAt Complete Care at Home, we believe in supporting our employees as much as we support our patients.
