About the Position

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to help them regain physical function and improve mobility. Working within a collaborative healthcare team, you’ll design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence and enhance the quality of life for residents.

Requirements

Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients’ physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans. - Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional abilities. - Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, safe movement techniques, and home modifications. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
