Customer Service Representative - Nashville, TN Join a fast-paced automotive auction team! This role focuses on customer service, data entry, order processing, vehicle documentation, and auction preparation. You'll work closely with a small team to ensure accurate records and a smooth auction process. What You'll Do: Process orders, paperwork, and data entry Maintain customer and vehicle records Answer questions and resolve issues professionally Inspect vehicles and help prepare them for auction Requirements: Valid driver's license Strong customer service and attention to detail Comfortable with computers and data entry Reliable team player in a fast-paced environment Able to work outside Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN 37218. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
