The company provides personalized, evidence-based care for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges, with a focus on individualized treatment, therapy, and long-term recovery in a supportive residential environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Ensure clients receive quality care and support throughout their journey with Amend Treatment
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Monitor client progress and success, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Deliver regular updates and progress reports to clients

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for individuals with mental health challenges
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a customer-facing role

Desired Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer success or client relations role
• Knowledge of mental health treatment practices and methodologies
• Experience working in a residential treatment setting

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $35,000 - $50,000 per year
