Pay & Perks:
- $17.25/hr base pay + weekend/short-visit premiums
- Weekly pay (early access available)
- Flexible scheduling – you choose days/times

What You’ll Do:
Help seniors stay independent at home by assisting with:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing)
- Mobility & walking
- Meals & light housekeeping
- Errands & transportation
- Companionship & emotional support
What to Expect (Being Real With You):
- Emotional moments as clients age or decline
- Different home environments (not always predictable)
- Occasional schedule gaps or cancellations
- Independent work (no coworkers on-site)
- Transporting clients in your car

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of Michigan auto insurance & registration
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Physically able to sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, and climb stairs
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass background checks and drug screening
- No experience? No problem—we provide training to help you succeed.
