Patient Access Rep-Nights

Major Health Partners

Job Title

Represents Major Hospital in obtaining demographic and insurance information for both inpatient and outpatient registrations. Is responsible for obtaining accurate information in the entering of such information into Major Hospitals database. Also represents Major Hospital through the PBX functions.

Minimum Qualifications

Professional & Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

License(s) or Certification(s): NA

Other Skills or Requirements:

Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
Able to exercise good judgment in dealing with customers and staff.
Basic computer skills required.
Previous medical experience helpful.
Skilled to care for certain age-related patient groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups):
