Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The company values client relationships, operational excellence, and providing its project leaders with meaningful responsibility and autonomy.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Manage multiple active construction projects simultaneously, including a hospital portfolio valued at approximately $15M.Lead all phases of project execution, from preconstruction and planning through completion and closeout.Maintain and strengthen relationships with long-standing healthcare clients and key project stakeholders.Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance.Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.Identify and resolve project challenges, including change orders, design issues, and schedule impacts.Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress, documentation, and reporting.Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements.Collaborate closely with company leadership, reporting directly to the Director of Project Management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
