IT Help Desk Specialist — Desktop Support

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Help Desk/Desktop Support professional to manage desk-side IT issues for a banking environment. The role covers on-site analysis, hardware and software support, and coordination with network and application teams to keep end-user systems up to date. The candidate will document incidents, assist with password resets, and may require on-call availability and branch visits.
