Logistics CoordinatorWe are looking for a FTL and LTL Logistics Coordinator to act as the central nervous system of our supply chain. You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of materials between our facilities, vendors, and customers. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and pride yourself on 100% accuracy in documentation and delivery, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily inbound and outbound logistics across all company locations, ensuring a seamless flow of goodsCoordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors while aligning with internal production schedulesMonitor shipment progress and provide proactive status updates to operations and customersGenerate and audit all shipping paperwork, including BOLs, packing slips, and invoices, to ensure total complianceAct as the primary point of contact for logistics-related delays or issues, solving problems before they impact the customerPartner closely with Production, Quality Control, and Purchasing to hit critical deadlinesMaintain meticulous logs within our ERP system and assist in optimizing transportation routes for maximum efficiencyQualifications & Skills3+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain (Manufacturing background is a major plus).Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
