You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on‑brand. Who You Are - What We're Looking For Natural Connector — You build rapport quickly, listen actively, and make every client feel genuinely welcome Sales-Driven — You're motivated by goals and skilled at converting interest into membership through in‑person, relationship‑focused selling Service-Minded — You turn client concerns into great customer service stories, and you take pride in creating exceptional experiences Organized & Tech-Savvy — You're comfortable with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and learning new systems quickly Team Player — You contribute to a clean, calm, professional studio environment and support your teammates every day Flexible — You're available to work evenings and weekends as needed Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person. Compensation & Benefits What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18.00 – $21.00 based on experience), monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets, and commission on Wellness Program sales.
