About the Opportunity Rockaway Home Care is hiring Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) and Outpatient Nurses to support our growing patient population throughout Manhattan, The Bronx, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home or community-based assessments Perform head-to-toe evaluations including medication and diagnosis review Complete aide supervisions and provide clinical guidance Develop and update personalized Plans of Care (POC) Provide orientation to aides based on the POC Accurately document findings and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations Requirements Current New York State RN license Ability to travel throughout the 5 boroughs, Nassau, and Suffolk Medical Professional Liability insurance Comfortable using Gmail and Microsoft Word/Excel.
