Job Description

We are seeking individuals who are reliable, professional, and ready to operate independently while following a proven system.

What You’ll Do

Take inbound and outbound calls from donors
Guide conversations using structured scripts
Enter donation and pledge details accurately
Maintain professionalism and compliance standards
Meet performance and attendance expectations

Important Details (Please Read)

This is a 1099 contractor role — not a traditional job
Required certification before starting
You manage your own schedule
Continued access to work depends on performance

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
Dedicated, quiet home workspace

Technical Requirements

Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended)
USB headset with noise cancellation
Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not permitted)
Dual monitors recommended
No MacBooks or Chromebooks
